About This Course

Healing Ancestral Shame takes you deep into one of the most powerful and least understood forces in family systems. Not the shame of what you did, but the shame of what was done, hidden, and passed down through generations of silence.

The Ancestral Healing Center recognizes shame as one of the four core pillars of intergenerational healing. Shame is the masking agent. Families use it, consciously or not, to bury what they cannot bear. It travels forward through the generations, disguised as silence, secrecy, self-sabotage, and a feeling of unworthiness that the person carrying it cannot trace to any event in their own life.

Led by all three co-founders of the Ancestral Healing Center, this course combines clinical understanding, trauma-informed genealogy, and somatic awareness to help you trace shame back through your family system to the ancestor and the moment it began, identify where it lives in your body, and begin the process of releasing what was never yours to carry.

Releasing shame brings your family out of shadows you didn't even know were there.

You May Recognize This

A shame that doesn't match your life.

You feel it in your body before you can name it. A tightness, a withdrawal, a voice that says you are not enough. But when you try to trace it to something in your life, it's not there.

It's older than you.

This course is a deep-dive into the origins and impact of familial shame.

It teaches you to identify shame in your family system and, when you're ready, release it using ancestral healing rituals.
